Reducing 10000 Sq mtrs of reservation in plot reserved for SEWRAGE TREATMENT PLANT ( STP)
I am given to understand that the MC-BMC & ADDL MC of BMC are making all efforts to reduce the STP plot area from 27000 Sq. Mtrs to 17000 Sq. Mtrs. To cause wrongful gains to developer who is developing housing scheme at Jijamata nagar at Worli.
We on behalf of Mumbai citizens oppose such incorrect and corrupt practises to reduce the plot reserved for public amenities.
The wrongful gains can be
1.1 lacs sq.ft ×4 FSI
4.4 lacs sq ft plus 80% loading
Around 8 lacs of saleable area.
Rate 50000 per Sq.ft
I am unable to calculate the wrongful gains to developer and wrongful loss to BMC.
Similarly these officers made all attempts to cancel the BYCULLA FRUIT MARKET BRIDGE last year.
We fought very hard and today the BYCULLA FRUIT MARKET BRIDGE construction work started.
Please educate if my submission is incorrect.
Only alert citizen can save Mumbai from corrupt and inefficient public servant. WDR to honest and efficient public servants.
